Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent year-for-year experience).
  • 2+ years of human resources experience, preferably supporting multiple HR functions.
  • 1+ years experience with recruitment, employee relations, leave administration, and benefits.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams).
  • Ability to quickly learn new HR and recruiting software.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must pass company and applicable client background checks.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate full-cycle recruitment including job postings, screening, and interviewing.
  • Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Serve as first point of contact for employee and manager HR policy inquiries.
  • Administer leaves of absence including FMLA, ADA, and workers' compensation.
  • Respond to employee benefits questions and process plan transactions.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
