Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent year-for-year experience).
- 2+ years of human resources experience, preferably supporting multiple HR functions.
- 1+ years experience with recruitment, employee relations, leave administration, and benefits.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams).
- Ability to quickly learn new HR and recruiting software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must pass company and applicable client background checks.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate full-cycle recruitment including job postings, screening, and interviewing.
- Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation programs.
- Serve as first point of contact for employee and manager HR policy inquiries.
- Administer leaves of absence including FMLA, ADA, and workers' compensation.
- Respond to employee benefits questions and process plan transactions.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
