Requirements
- Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability and willingness to travel within the U.S. up to 2 times per year for meetings.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration (preferred).
- 2 years of administrative, HR, or office support experience (preferred).
- Experience with HRIS, LMS, or employee record management systems (preferred).
- HR certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR (plus).
Responsibilities
- Coordinate onboarding activities and new hire setup.
- Maintain accurate employee personnel files and documentation.
- Conduct monthly OIG exclusion checks and maintain related records.
- Track and monitor Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) licensure renewals and compliance.
- Provide administrative support for the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Administer employee stipend programs and track reimbursements.
- Coordinate logistics and materials for quarterly Board of Directors meetings.
- Update organizational charts and HR-related intranet content.
