Requirements

  • Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability and willingness to travel within the U.S. up to 2 times per year for meetings.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration (preferred).
  • 2 years of administrative, HR, or office support experience (preferred).
  • Experience with HRIS, LMS, or employee record management systems (preferred).
  • HR certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR (plus).

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate onboarding activities and new hire setup.
  • Maintain accurate employee personnel files and documentation.
  • Conduct monthly OIG exclusion checks and maintain related records.
  • Track and monitor Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) licensure renewals and compliance.
  • Provide administrative support for the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Administer employee stipend programs and track reimbursements.
  • Coordinate logistics and materials for quarterly Board of Directors meetings.
  • Update organizational charts and HR-related intranet content.
