Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in content marketing, e-commerce content strategy, or digital advertising.
- Deep expertise in Amazon content creation, including A+ content, storefronts, and image stacks.
- Proven leadership experience in managing and mentoring team members.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret content performance data.
- Project management experience leading multiple content initiatives.
- Exceptional client-facing communication skills.
- Experience developing SOPs, training materials, and process improvements.
- Collaboration experience across cross-functional teams.
- Working knowledge of paid media platforms including Facebook, Google, TikTok, and YouTube.
- High proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Google Suite, and Excel.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of content and creative strategies across multiple clients.
- Serve as a client partner and authority on Amazon best practices.
- Mentor and coach junior team members, providing training and support.
- Manage daily activities of junior content team members and monitor performance.
- Collaborate with designers, media teams, and account managers to ensure content alignment with business objectives.
- Analyze performance data to continuously optimize content and creative.
- Develop and own SOPs, process creation, and team training resources.
