Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in content marketing, e-commerce content strategy, or digital advertising with a focus on marketplaces.
- Proven leadership experience in managing and mentoring team members.
- Deep expertise in Amazon content creation including titles, bullet points, A+ content, storefronts, and image stacks.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret performance data for data-driven recommendations.
- Project management experience leading multiple content initiatives to deadlines.
- Exceptional client-facing communication skills.
- Experience developing SOPs, training materials, and process improvements.
- Collaborative experience working across cross-functional teams such as media and design.
- Working knowledge of paid media platforms including Facebook, Google, TikTok, and YouTube.
- High proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Google Suite, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of content and creative strategies across multiple clients with minimal leadership oversight.
- Serve as a client partner and authority on Amazon best practices, communicating strategies clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
- Mentor and coach junior team members, providing guidance and training to support their professional development.
- Manage daily activities of junior staff, including project assignment, performance monitoring, and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with designers, media teams, and account managers to align content with overall advertising and business goals.
- Develop and own SOPs, process creation, resources, and internal team trainings.
- Analyze performance data to optimize content, creative tests, and support client growth.
