Requirements
- 3–6+ years of Software Quality Assurance experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on Test Automation experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology.
- ISTQB CTFL certification.
- Native Arabic language proficiency.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Experience testing AI-enabled applications, Generative AI, LLMs, or data-driven platforms (highly preferred).
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
- Knowledge of AI response validation, prompt testing, and data quality (preferred).
- ISTQB Advanced Level certification (preferred).
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop test plans, designs, and test cases.
- Execute functional, system, integration, regression, and UAT testing.
- Manage defect lifecycles and perform root cause analysis.
- Report test results, track quality metrics, and validate releases.
- Perform API testing using Postman, Swagger, or REST Assured.
- Conduct database testing and SQL validation.
- Develop test automation using Selenium, Playwright, Robot Framework, SHAFT Engine, or Cypress.
- Execute performance testing using JMeter, Locust, Gatling, or k6.
- Evaluate AI models, benchmark performance, and validate LLM responses against quality metrics.
