Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in Customer Support, Technical Support, or similar roles.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (verbal and written).
  • Proven experience with phone support.
  • Experience using help desk software and remote support tools.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll and HR products.
  • Ability to work a regular shift during US hours.
  • Must have a stable, high-speed primary and backup internet connection (at least 50 Mbps).
  • Willingness to attend occasional in-person meetings in Metro Manila.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools.
  • Strong desire to grow within a Silicon Valley-based technology startup.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide bilingual customer support in English and Mandarin.
  • Resolve customer issues within specified metrics for response time and CSAT.
  • Escalate technical issues and product defects to the engineering team.
  • Assist the Success team with client platform setup and modifications.
  • Create and update customer-facing and internal knowledge base articles and videos.
