Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Customer Support, Technical Support, or similar roles.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (verbal and written).
- Proven experience with phone support.
- Experience using help desk software and remote support tools.
- Strong knowledge of payroll and HR products.
- Ability to work a regular shift during US hours.
- Must have a stable, high-speed primary and backup internet connection (at least 50 Mbps).
- Willingness to attend occasional in-person meetings in Metro Manila.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools.
- Strong desire to grow within a Silicon Valley-based technology startup.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide bilingual customer support in English and Mandarin.
- Resolve customer issues within specified metrics for response time and CSAT.
- Escalate technical issues and product defects to the engineering team.
- Assist the Success team with client platform setup and modifications.
- Create and update customer-facing and internal knowledge base articles and videos.
