- Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
- Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps
Responsibilities
- Manage and clear the high-volume Zendesk email support queue
- Process customer order entries
- Handle product returns and exchanges
- Categorize support tickets by issue for operational analysis
