Requirements

  • Fluency in English (verbal and written) at a very high level.
  • Customer-first mindset with curiosity to understand customer businesses.
  • Ability to problem-solve and provide accurate responses.
  • Hands-on experience with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS (advantageous).
  • Experience in customer support, preferably in SaaS or eCommerce (advantageous).
  • Hands-on Shopify experience (advantageous).
  • Experience working with HubSpot or similar CRM/ticketing systems (advantageous).
  • Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and respond to inbound and support-related inquiries in real time, providing clear and helpful responses.
  • Open and monitor Jira tickets, escalating internally as needed.
  • Understand the customer, their business size, and their goals to offer relevant and strategic support.
  • Provide guidance on CRO best practices based on the customer’s needs.
