Requirements
- Fluency in English (verbal and written) at a very high level.
- Customer-first mindset with curiosity to understand customer businesses.
- Ability to problem-solve and provide accurate responses.
- Hands-on experience with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS (advantageous).
- Experience in customer support, preferably in SaaS or eCommerce (advantageous).
- Hands-on Shopify experience (advantageous).
- Experience working with HubSpot or similar CRM/ticketing systems (advantageous).
- Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practices.
Responsibilities
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and respond to inbound and support-related inquiries in real time, providing clear and helpful responses.
- Open and monitor Jira tickets, escalating internally as needed.
- Understand the customer, their business size, and their goals to offer relevant and strategic support.
- Provide guidance on CRO best practices based on the customer’s needs.
