Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, computer engineering, business management, or a related field.
- Have 3+ years of experience with WordPress, PHP, HTML, CSS, and API integrations.
- Bring familiarity with DNS, database management, and ServiceTitan; these are listed as pluses.
- Communicate effectively in spoken and written English.
- Demonstrate strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.
- Have problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Be able to function in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop backend solutions for creating and managing website content.
- Style responsive, functional homepages with CSS based on designs from the Creative Department.
- Manage DNS and database tasks for website launches.
- Maintain client websites by adding content or modules and troubleshooting issues.
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and marketing teams on website strategies.
- Build and maintain websites using WordPress and its environment.
- Use APIs to enhance website functionality.
- Document development processes and changes.
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss progress and challenges.
