Requirements
- Have 3+ years’ experience in a CRM, admin, or e-commerce operations role.
- Have hands-on Pipedrive experience, including pipelines, custom fields, automations, and reporting.
- Have hands-on WooCommerce experience managing products, orders, and store settings.
- Have experience building workflows and automations that reduce manual work.
- Have excellent written and spoken English and strong attention to detail.
- Be proactive and curious, with confidence researching solutions and suggesting improvements.
- Have a reliable home office setup and stable internet.
- Be available during Australian business hours (AEST/AEDT).
- Be based in the Philippines.
- Disclose existing ongoing roles or client work and reflect the engagement on LinkedIn as an independent contractor.
- Nice to have: experience with Zapier or Make, AI tools, Klaviyo or Mailchimp, WordPress and Elementor, or an Australian e-commerce or high-value retail business.
Responsibilities
- Manage Pipedrive deals, contacts, activities, pipeline stages, and lead qualification.
- Build and maintain customer-journey automations and workflows.
- Create dashboards and reports on leads, conversion rates, pipeline value, and sales activity.
- Manage WooCommerce product listings, pricing, stock status, promotions, and product content.
- Process and track orders, deposits, and parts enquiries with the sales team.
- Maintain store plugins, settings, and integrations, and connect WooCommerce and Pipedrive data.
- Book appointments, manage calendars, coordinate follow-ups, and route shared inbox enquiries.
- Prepare quotes and customer documentation, and document repeatable processes as SOPs.
- Identify bottlenecks and manual tasks, recommend improvements, and explore AI and automation tools.
