Requirements

  • Ability to convey clear, practical legal advice to business stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of contracts and competing priorities
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills
  • Ability to operate with sound business and legal judgment
  • Collaborative, team‑oriented approach with the ability to build effective working relationships

Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate partner agreements and related customer contracts supporting indirect and channel‑led sales
  • Provide practical legal guidance to internal stakeholders on contract terms, risk, and compliance considerations
  • Manage the contract lifecycle, including amendments, renewals, and documentation accuracy aligned with company policies
  • Support partner-led sales transactions, working closely with business teams to align legal structures with commercial objectives
  • Assist in resolving contract-related issues and disputes, partnering with senior attorneys and business leaders
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on applicable laws and regulations impacting technology services and partner arrangements
  • Contribute to the development of new contract structures and partnership models, supporting evolving business needs and partner experience
