Requirements
- J.D. degree from an accredited law school
- Active license in good standing to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- 4+ years of relevant legal experience, including drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
- Strong writing, drafting, and communication skills
- Ability to convey clear, practical legal advice to business stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of contracts and competing priorities
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- Ability to operate with sound business and legal judgment
- Collaborative, team‑oriented approach with the ability to build effective working relationships
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate partner agreements and related customer contracts supporting indirect and channel‑led sales
- Provide practical legal guidance to internal stakeholders on contract terms, risk, and compliance considerations
- Manage the contract lifecycle, including amendments, renewals, and documentation accuracy aligned with company policies
- Support partner-led sales transactions, working closely with business teams to align legal structures with commercial objectives
- Assist in resolving contract-related issues and disputes, partnering with senior attorneys and business leaders
- Conduct legal research and analysis on applicable laws and regulations impacting technology services and partner arrangements
- Contribute to the development of new contract structures and partnership models, supporting evolving business needs and partner experience
