Requirements

- 10+ years of experience in a related area with an IT background.
- Technical sales experience related to security tools, security architecture, consulting, and collaboration.
- Excellent communication skills, including presentation, written, and oral communication.
- Ability to manage security and networking technologies.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Superior leadership abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively across functional groups and organizational levels.
- Self-starter with strong organizational, administrative, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to project manage, multi-task, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Solutions Engineers for the Security Practice to identify customer challenges.
- Manage Security Solutions Engineers and Architects, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Lead go-to-market strategy, planning, and execution for the Security Practice.
- Drive discovery and execution of cross-functional solutions to advance customer next-generation programs.
- Provide expertise and input to the solution development process.
- Create engineering-led solution plays to educate field sales.
- Maintain required technical certifications for key partners.
- Ensure Solutions Architects and Engineers proactively drive opportunities to closure.
