Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in a related area with an IT background.
- Technical sales experience involving security tools, security architecture, consulting, and collaboration.
- Excellent presentation, written, and oral communication skills.
- Ability to manage security and networking technologies.
- Proficient use of all Microsoft Office applications.
- Superior leadership abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively across internal functional groups and external levels.
- Self-starter with excellent organizational, administrative, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to project manage, multi-task, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Must reside in PST/MST time zones.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Solutions Engineers for the Security Practice to identify customer challenges and deliver services and products.
- Manage Security Solutions Engineers and Architects, including hiring, training, performance appraisals, and disciplinary actions.
- Direct go-to-market strategy, planning, and execution for the Security Practice.
- Drive execution of technical go-to-market plans with field sales.
- Coordinate cross-functional education and solution execution across various technology disciplines.
- Provide expertise and input into the solution development process.
- Create engineering-led solution plays to educate field sales on areas of expertise.
- Maintain required technical certification requirements for key partners.
- Ensure Solutions Architects and Engineers proactively manage and close opportunities.
- Leverage consultative and architectural teams to craft effective service and product offerings.
