Requirements
- Extensive experience building, scaling, and maintaining production-ready design systems.
- Deep understanding of design constraints and guidelines for Web, iOS, and Android platforms.
- Systems-thinking mindset with a portfolio demonstrating sustainable scaling and workflow optimization.
- Strong familiarity with how developers inspect, build, and consume components in code repositories.
- Expert Figma proficiency in libraries, auto-layout, components, variants, variables, and publication.
- Solid grasp of accessibility standards (WCAG), contrast requirements, and inclusive design principles.
- Familiarity with component-driven frameworks like React and Flutter.
- Knowledge of Atomic Design methodology.
- Excellent writing and presentation skills for technical guidelines and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Maintain high standards for layout, typography, color, spacing, and visual hierarchy across all reusable elements.
- Design, build, and maintain robust component libraries that scale across multiple products.
- Define interactive behaviors and state transitions to ensure components feel intuitive.
- Structure and maintain design tokens to drive consistency between design environments and code.
- Organize complex Figma variants and properties to empower product design teams.
- Partner with engineering teams to navigate technical constraints across Web, React, Flutter, Android, and iOS environments.
- Create comprehensive usage guidelines and documentation for design system components.
