Requirements
- Spanish language proficiency.
- English language proficiency for internal communication.
- 3+ years of experience in telemarketing or B2C sales.
- 3+ years of experience in sales management.
- Proven track record in sales management as a highly motivated and target-driven professional.
- Experience coaching and guiding sales teams.
- Strong soft and communication skills.
- Experience working with CRM software.
- Data analysis skills.
- Experience within Education, Ed-tech, Tech, Marketing, SaaS B2C, or Insurance sector is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Hit the team sales quota by leading a team of up to 12 sales specialists.
- Hire, onboard, motivate and control the performance of your sales team.
- Implement changes in the workflow alongside the Head of Sales and Sales Country Manager.
- Conduct group trainings and individual coaching sessions for team members.
- Ensure team compliance with lead processing in CRM and script usage.
- Provide regular reports on team performance.
