Requirements

- Strong analytical and structured thinking capabilities.
- Polished communication skills with ability to influence from analyst to C-suite level.
- Ability to operate in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
- Genuine passion for sports and the consumer prediction market landscape.
- Experience with complex, multi-stakeholder deals or partnerships (preferred).
- Background in prediction markets, fantasy sports, or sports betting (preferred).
- Experience operating in rapidly evolving regulatory or consumer landscapes (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Lead high-impact strategic initiatives across core business lines including prediction markets and fantasy sports.
- Build and maintain financial models for high-stakes strategic and commercial decisions.
- Conduct rigorous analysis of market trends, competitor positioning, and customer behavior.
- Develop strategic roadmaps with clear objectives and metrics.
- Serve as connective tissue between product, finance, marketing, and operations business units.
- Prepare board-level and executive-facing materials.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and partnerships.
