Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in end-to-end lead generation, outreach campaigns, and appointment setting.
- Proficiency in cold outreach technical setup, including domain procurement, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
- Expert-level proficiency in Instantly.io for sequence management and lead nurturing.
- Advanced skills in lead scraping and data mining.
- Primary internet speed of at least 15 Mbps and a backup connection of at least 10 Mbps.
- Desktop/laptop with Intel Core i5 (8th gen+), i3 (10th gen+), or Ryzen 5 processor and 8 GB RAM minimum.
- Functional backup device and noise-canceling USB headset.
- Quiet, dedicated home office space and smartphone.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute lead generation strategy to consistently produce warm, qualified prospects for intake and conversion.
- Build and manage outreach campaigns targeting private-pay prospects and referral partners.
- Source, research, organize, clean, segment, and manage prospect and referral lists.
- Conduct structured multi-channel outreach using calls, SMS, and email.
- Qualify prospects based on service need, urgency, location, and suitability.
- Schedule pre-assessment appointments and confirm details with clients.
- Maintain CRM records, documentation, and performance reporting.
