Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Master's Degree in Psychology or a related field with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis.
- 2+ years of experience working with a pediatric population.
- 2+ years of experience in an applied setting participating in functional assessments/analyses and development/implementation of functional behavior plans.
- 1+ year of Telehealth supervision experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, database management, and record keeping.
- Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and organizational skills.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work within the hours of 9am-6pm MT.
- Located in NM, AZ, TX, FL, GA, ID, NC, NV, UT, OK, or CO.
Responsibilities
- Conduct behavior or functional analytic assessment processes.
- Develop case supervision and clinical management protocols.
- Develop and implement comprehensive ABA treatment plans.
- Consult with Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) or Behavior Technicians (BT) regarding client and family concerns.
- Select appropriate stimulus materials and treatment modalities based on age and ability.
- Train families on specific treatment strategies and carryover skills.
- Record and track daily progress for clients and families accurately.
- Provide accurate and immediate feedback to the client and family.
- Plan for discharge of the person served.
