Requirements

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Master's Degree in Psychology or a related field with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis.
  • 2+ years of experience working with a pediatric population.
  • 2+ years of experience in an applied setting participating in functional assessments/analyses and development/implementation of functional behavior plans.
  • 1+ year of Telehealth supervision experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, database management, and record keeping.
  • Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and organizational skills.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work within the hours of 9am-6pm MT.
  • Located in NM, AZ, TX, FL, GA, ID, NC, NV, UT, OK, or CO.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct behavior or functional analytic assessment processes.
  • Develop case supervision and clinical management protocols.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive ABA treatment plans.
  • Consult with Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) or Behavior Technicians (BT) regarding client and family concerns.
  • Select appropriate stimulus materials and treatment modalities based on age and ability.
  • Train families on specific treatment strategies and carryover skills.
  • Record and track daily progress for clients and families accurately.
  • Provide accurate and immediate feedback to the client and family.
  • Plan for discharge of the person served.
