Requirements
- Master’s degree or higher in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related mental health field.
- Minimum of provisional licensure to practice in Tennessee.
- Independently licensed clinicians preferred (LPC-MHSP, LCSW, LMFT).
- 1+ year of direct clinical experience.
- Familiarity with evidence-based therapies (CBT, DBT, trauma-informed approaches).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commitment to inclusivity and cultural humility.
- Ability to work autonomously with strong self-accountability.
- Experience working with women and women's health preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual, couples, and/or family outpatient therapy on a weekly, biweekly, or monthly basis.
- Maintain a caseload of at least 12 completed client sessions per week.
- Manage an individual book of business, monitoring caseload health, availability, and retention.
- Utilize measurement-based care by incorporating assessments into every session and tracking outcomes.
- Complete timely documentation including intakes, diagnoses, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
- Coordinate care with external providers such as prescribers, PCPs, OB-GYNs, and dietitians.
- Participate in team meetings, 1:1 supervision, and staff meetings.
