Requirements

  • Master’s degree or higher in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related mental health field.
  • Minimum of provisional licensure to practice in Tennessee.
  • Independently licensed clinicians preferred (LPC-MHSP, LCSW, LMFT).
  • 1+ year of direct clinical experience.
  • Familiarity with evidence-based therapies (CBT, DBT, trauma-informed approaches).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Commitment to inclusivity and cultural humility.
  • Ability to work autonomously with strong self-accountability.
  • Experience working with women and women's health preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual, couples, and/or family outpatient therapy on a weekly, biweekly, or monthly basis.
  • Maintain a caseload of at least 12 completed client sessions per week.
  • Manage an individual book of business, monitoring caseload health, availability, and retention.
  • Utilize measurement-based care by incorporating assessments into every session and tracking outcomes.
  • Complete timely documentation including intakes, diagnoses, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
  • Coordinate care with external providers such as prescribers, PCPs, OB-GYNs, and dietitians.
  • Participate in team meetings, 1:1 supervision, and staff meetings.
