Requirements
- Active, unrestricted mental health license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) in state of primary residence.
- Active, unrestricted mental health license in Arizona (or willingness to obtain).
- Available to work evening hours, Mon-Fri 10am-8pm or Tues-Fri 10am-8pm (2 days per week minimum).
- Comfortable working in a remote environment.
- Possess a patient-first mindset.
- Access to a quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions.
- Reliable internet connectivity for performing telemedicine services.
- Ability to perform prolonged sitting for extended periods.
- Manual dexterity for computer equipment operation.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care modalities of evidence-based practices, including CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and trauma therapy.
- Implement treatment modalities in individual and group therapy settings.
- Review and sign patient clinical assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and consents.
- Maintain clinical records and documentation in compliance with regulatory and legal standards.
- Conduct crisis intervention based on individual safety plans.
- Participate in regular case planning with the multidisciplinary team.
- Participate in individual and group supervision and ongoing professional education.
- Provide case management services to promote recovery and community reintegration.
