Requirements
- Active, unrestricted mental health license (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) in state of primary residence.
- Active, unrestricted mental health license in Arizona (or willingness to obtain).
- Experience with evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, and Trauma Therapy.
- Comfortable working in a remote environment.
- Willingness to work evening hours.
- Patient-first mindset.
- Access to a quiet, dedicated workspace with reliable internet connectivity.
- Ability to perform job duties with manual dexterity, adequate vision, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care using evidence-based modalities including CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Trauma Therapy, and Addiction Therapy.
- Deliver services in individual and group therapy settings.
- Review and sign off on psychosocial assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and clinical consents.
- Maintain accurate and compliant clinic records and documentation.
- Conduct crisis intervention based on individual safety plans.
- Participate in case planning with multidisciplinary teams.
- Engage in individual and group supervision and ongoing professional education.
- Provide case management services to support recovery and community reintegration.
