Requirements

  • 7+ years of relevant experience in Sales and Business Development.
  • 4+ years of experience managing closing or outbound teams in a fast-paced startup, SMB, or e-commerce environment.
  • Proven track record of working directly with CEO or executive founders to scale operations.
  • Deep tactical comfort with setting up CRM workflows (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive).
  • Experience with automated sequencing, data analytics, and customer relationship management programs.
  • Expertise in objection handling and value-based selling.
  • Demonstrated ability to build process-heavy operations in flat organizations.
  • Full availability to work during US Eastern and Pacific Timezone hours.
  • Demonstrated experience working with distributed remote teams.

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day revenue operations and drive macro sales forecasting and territory optimization.
  • Lead a lean sales organization to ensure pipeline excellence and target achievement.
  • Analyze data to proactively surface pipeline insights, metrics, and bottlenecks.
  • Design and iterate on multi-channel outbound sequences, cold calling/email scripts, and inbound playbooks.
  • Formulate targeted sales campaigns in partnership with Marketing.
  • Manage high-value accounts and handle complex objections to help the team close deals.
