Requirements
- Proven experience leading and scaling high-performing B2B SaaS or technology sales teams.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in complex environments.
- Strategic and commercial acumen to translate business goals into sales plans and forecasts.
- Demonstrated expertise in partner-led or channel sales models, including resellers or agents.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Highly analytical and data-driven approach to managing KPIs and CRM systems.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments balancing strategy with execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Partner Development Managers across the US to ensure high performance and achievement of revenue targets.
- Own the US sales strategy and translate revenue goals into actionable plans for pipeline creation and partner-led growth.
- Build and expand strategic channel partnerships including resellers and master agents.
- Oversee pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM accuracy to ensure data-driven decision-making.
- Define and track key sales KPIs to improve efficiency and conversion rates.
- Develop regional and partner business plans aligned with company objectives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Finance, and HR.
