Requirements

  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in complex environments.
  • Strategic and commercial acumen to translate business goals into sales plans and forecasts.
  • Demonstrated expertise in partner-led or channel sales models, including resellers or agents.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Highly analytical and data-driven approach to managing KPIs and CRM systems.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments balancing strategy with execution.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Partner Development Managers across the US to ensure high performance and achievement of revenue targets.
  • Own the US sales strategy and translate revenue goals into actionable plans for pipeline creation and partner-led growth.
  • Build and expand strategic channel partnerships including resellers and master agents.
  • Oversee pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM accuracy to ensure data-driven decision-making.
  • Define and track key sales KPIs to improve efficiency and conversion rates.
  • Develop regional and partner business plans aligned with company objectives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Finance, and HR.
