Requirements

  • 8+ years in B2B enterprise sales.
  • 3+ years in a sales leadership role managing a team.
  • Proven track record of owning and delivering a revenue target in the US market.
  • Experience running full sales cycles for SaaS, AI, or technical products.
  • Experience selling to senior stakeholders such as CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and L&D leaders.
  • Demonstrated ability to hire, coach, and develop Account Executives and Business Development Managers.
  • Experience defining GTM strategy including ICP, segmentation, and channel prioritization.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with executive leadership.
  • Data-driven approach using CRM, pipeline analytics, and forecasting.
  • Fluent English (C2+).

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a US-based sales team of 4, focusing on coaching, performance, and scaling.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs to drive continuous improvement in conversion, deal velocity, and contract value.
  • Manage key enterprise accounts and support complex negotiations.
  • Define the US go-to-market approach, including ICP, segmentation, and sales process execution.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Partnerships to align GTM strategy and messaging.
  • Own the US B2B revenue forecast and maintain CRM discipline.
  • Monitor competitive trends in the US AI, L&D, and EdTech sectors.
