Requirements
- 4+ years of experience with Workday integrations (Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Web Services / APIs).
- 2+ years of experience working with a Workday implementation partner.
- Proficiency with data formats including XML, JSON, and CSV.
- Experience with integration technologies such as REST / SOAP APIs and SFTP.
- Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts for data workflows like anomaly detection or automation.
- Experience integrating with ADP, Okta, Greenhouse, benefits providers, and finance systems (Pigment, NetSuite, etc.).
- Experience with HR data governance.
- Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving ability and root cause analysis skills.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and maintain Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and APIs.
- Manage integrations across payroll, benefits, identity management, finance systems, and data warehouses.
- Ensure data integrity through transformation logic, mapping, and bulk data operations.
- Monitor integrations, troubleshoot failures, and develop data pipelines to support HR and business intelligence.
- Implement automation and AI-enabled solutions to improve data quality, anomaly detection, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with HRIS, IT, Finance, and Payroll teams to ensure cohesive system design.
- Ensure all integrations meet security, privacy, and compliance standards.
