Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, operations consulting, or automation-focused roles.
  • Strong experience within the Banking and Financial Services industry.
  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives in global environments.
  • Experience working with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Workday, NetSuite, Concur, Coupa, or similar systems.
  • Strong analytical, conceptual thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across business and technical teams.
  • Experience working in Agile environments with tools such as JIRA or similar collaboration platforms.
  • Solid understanding of process modeling, requirements gathering, and solution design methodologies.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to both technical and executive audiences.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience with automation technologies or platforms such as UiPath is a strong plus.
  • Knowledge of change management principles and adoption strategies is highly valued.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, assess, and prioritize high-value automation opportunities aligned with enterprise and financial services business objectives.
  • Define business cases for automation initiatives, including ROI, cost savings, efficiency gains, risk reduction, and quality improvements.
  • Lead end-to-end process analysis, including As-Is and To-Be process mapping for complex, cross-functional workflows.
  • Collaborate with solution architects and technical teams to shape scalable automation solutions and ensure architectural alignment.
  • Act as a key advisor to senior stakeholders, facilitating workshops and guiding automation strategy discussions.
  • Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, ensuring completeness, scalability, and implementation readiness.
  • Support solution design, testing, and deployment phases in collaboration with engineering and delivery teams.
  • Drive change management strategies to support automation adoption and organizational readiness.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities across automation initiatives and manage them proactively.
  • Contribute to reusable frameworks, best practices, and knowledge assets to improve automation maturity across the organization.
