Requirements
- Previous experience in consultative sales with complex, high-technology solutions.
- Experience in telecommunications, networking, wireless, cellular, or facility industry is desired.
- Ability to work as a team member.
- Strong customer orientation with focus on company procedures.
- Effective communication skills across various mediums.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills for problem-solving.
- Proven relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Communication or related field preferred.
- Ability to lift within regulatory limits.
- Ability to perform regular national business travel.
Responsibilities
- Establish, build, and manage client relationships.
- Aggressively close sales.
- Achieve sales goals and maintain sales plans for achievement.
- Interact with customers at the technical level as required.
- Remain current on relevant technical information by attending meetings, conferences, task forces, and events.
- Identify existing DAS venues without maintenance contracts and propose support plans.
- Prepare client presentations, proposals, and project documentation.
- Apply RF Connect standard processes throughout the design and fulfillment of wireless solutions.
