  • Experience in telecommunications, networking, wireless, cellular, or facility industry is desired.
  • Ability to work as a team member.
  • Strong customer orientation with focus on company procedures.
  • Effective communication skills across various mediums.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills for problem-solving.
  • Proven relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Communication or related field preferred.
  • Ability to lift within regulatory limits.
  • Ability to perform regular national business travel.

Responsibilities

  • Establish, build, and manage client relationships.
  • Aggressively close sales.
  • Achieve sales goals and maintain sales plans for achievement.
  • Interact with customers at the technical level as required.
  • Remain current on relevant technical information by attending meetings, conferences, task forces, and events.
  • Identify existing DAS venues without maintenance contracts and propose support plans.
  • Prepare client presentations, proposals, and project documentation.
  • Apply RF Connect standard processes throughout the design and fulfillment of wireless solutions.
