Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, or strategic partnerships.
- Meaningful experience selling into or partnering with auto insurance carriers and independent agencies.
- Deep knowledge of the auto insurance market and premium payment structures.
- Proven track record of closing complex, first-of-kind enterprise deals in new markets.
- Executive presence with experience operating at the C-suite level.
- Strong financial and legal acumen regarding deal modeling and regulatory considerations.
- Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional leadership with Product, Engineering, and Marketing.
- High agency and comfort with ambiguity in zero-to-one roles.
- Fluency with AI-assisted sales tools for pipeline management and competitive intelligence.
Responsibilities
- Build Flex’s go-to-market strategy for the auto insurance vertical.
- Lead enterprise sales development end-to-end, from prospecting to contract execution.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to C-level decision-makers at carriers and agencies.
- Structure partnership economics and negotiate complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Shepherd partnerships from signed agreement through technical deployment and go-live.
- Translate partner feedback into actionable product and marketing improvements.
- Develop a scalable auto insurance sales playbook.
- Leverage AI-assisted sales tools to drive pipeline efficiency.
