Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in sales compensation, incentive plan administration, or revenue-related analytics roles.
  • Strong understanding of incentive compensation structures, including quotas, accelerators, OTE, and pay-for-performance models.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including modeling, pivot tables, and complex formulas for data analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across global teams.
  • Experience with tools such as Salesforce, Workday, Tableau/analytics platforms, or SQL is highly desirable.
  • Ability to manage tight deadlines, work in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to evolving business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain global sales incentive programs, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant commission calculations and payouts.
  • Investigate and resolve commission-related inquiries from sales teams, including disputes, system issues, and payment validation.
  • Partner with Finance, Sales Operations, and HR to collect data, validate results, and support incentive compensation processes.
  • Conduct detailed analysis of sales performance, payout accuracy, and plan effectiveness against business objectives and budgets.
  • Build reports, dashboards, and governance materials to support leadership decision-making and compensation review boards.
  • Evaluate and benchmark incentive plan structures against market standards to ensure competitiveness and retention impact.
  • Support the design and modeling of compensation plan changes, including scenario analysis and business impact assessment.
  • Collaborate on onboarding processes, ensuring proper setup of new hires, transfers, and terminations in compensation systems.
