Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in SaaS sales, with a strong track record in enterprise or mid-market environments and consistent quota attainment.
  • Proven ability to manage and close complex, multi-stakeholder deals with ACV of $100K+ and long sales cycles.
  • Experience selling into sports organizations, leagues, governing bodies, or adjacent sports technology ecosystems strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in full-cycle sales ownership, from lead generation through negotiation and close.
  • Strong executive communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to align technology solutions to business outcomes and customer needs.
  • Highly self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, solution design, presentations, negotiation, and closing high-value SaaS deals across sports organizations and related verticals.
  • Identify and develop new enterprise opportunities within leagues, governing bodies, and large sports organizations, building a strong pipeline of $100K+ ACV deals.
  • Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level stakeholders, to position the solution as a strategic business partner.
  • Deliver tailored presentations and product demonstrations aligned with customer business objectives and operational needs.
  • Lead complex commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract structuring to successfully close enterprise agreements.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment across the customer journey and successful onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting within CRM systems to ensure visibility and performance tracking.
