Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, ideally within media, advertising, events, or integrated marketing solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding enterprise revenue targets and managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Strong consultative selling skills with experience engaging senior executives and C-level decision-makers.
- Ability to build and present compelling, data-driven sales narratives and integrated solutions.
- Strong understanding of digital media metrics, audience insights, and performance analytics.
- Highly self-motivated “hunter” mindset with strong organizational and pipeline management skills.
- Comfortable leveraging CRM systems and AI-enabled tools to optimize sales performance and identify opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
Responsibilities
- Lead consultative discovery conversations with enterprise clients to understand business challenges and align tailored media and marketing solutions across multiple platforms.
- Drive new business acquisition by proactively identifying, developing, and closing net-new enterprise opportunities within assigned industries.
- Design and sell integrated marketing programs spanning digital media, events, sponsorships, content solutions, and proprietary research offerings.
- Deliver high-quality, data-driven presentations and proposals that clearly articulate value and support closing high-value deals.
- Manage the full sales cycle including pipeline development, forecasting, CRM accuracy, and ongoing account management discipline.
- Partner with internal production and delivery teams to ensure successful execution of sold programs and strong client outcomes.
- Represent the organization at industry events to build relationships, generate leads, and strengthen market presence.
