Requirements
- 7+ years of enterprise sales experience, ideally in database, cloud, data management, or open-source software
- Proven success managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles in enterprise environments
- Strong understanding of cloud database technologies, data infrastructure, and modern software architectures
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills across technical and business audiences
- Experience using CRM and sales tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced, high-growth environments with strong quota attainment history
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate technical capabilities into business value
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end enterprise sales cycles from prospecting to close across new and existing accounts
- Build and maintain a strong, qualified pipeline while consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Develop and execute strategic territory plans aligned with business and regional objectives
- Engage with technical and executive stakeholders to understand needs and position tailored solutions
- Deliver executive-level presentations, business reviews, and strategic account updates to leadership
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to accelerate deal progression
- Ensure disciplined forecasting, pipeline management, and timely follow-up on all opportunities
