Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • 10+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in FinTech or Financial Services.
  • Demonstrated experience achieving or exceeding sales goals.
  • Experience in prospecting, lead generation, opportunity development, and sales forecasting.
  • Strong working knowledge of financial services trends and the FinTech marketplace.
  • Ability to understand technical requirements and craft solutions across multiple products.
  • Proficiency with modern sales tools including Gong and Outreach.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Stable work history with a successful track record of personal sales performance.
  • Experience with MEDDIC sales qualification methodology is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Drive net-new revenue and achieve established production targets.
  • Pursue sales opportunities via existing channels and markets.
  • Execute sales call strategies and sell additional products into Growth Accounts.
  • Engage with SVP, EVP, and C-Suite executives to communicate platform value.
  • Develop a pipeline of quality net new sales opportunities to 3x the value of assigned quota.
  • Collaborate with internal SMEs, sales engineers, and marketing to qualify needs and develop proposals.
  • Lead negotiation of sales contracts with prospective clients.
  • Maintain and forecast sales opportunities in salesforce automation systems.
