Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
- 10+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in FinTech or Financial Services.
- Demonstrated experience achieving or exceeding sales goals.
- Experience in prospecting, lead generation, opportunity development, and sales forecasting.
- Strong working knowledge of financial services trends and the FinTech marketplace.
- Ability to understand technical requirements and craft solutions across multiple products.
- Proficiency with modern sales tools including Gong and Outreach.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Stable work history with a successful track record of personal sales performance.
- Experience with MEDDIC sales qualification methodology is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Drive net-new revenue and achieve established production targets.
- Pursue sales opportunities via existing channels and markets.
- Execute sales call strategies and sell additional products into Growth Accounts.
- Engage with SVP, EVP, and C-Suite executives to communicate platform value.
- Develop a pipeline of quality net new sales opportunities to 3x the value of assigned quota.
- Collaborate with internal SMEs, sales engineers, and marketing to qualify needs and develop proposals.
- Lead negotiation of sales contracts with prospective clients.
- Maintain and forecast sales opportunities in salesforce automation systems.
