Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluent English, with the ability to communicate in client meetings and technical documentation.
- Prior experience as a Product Manager, Product Analyst, or similar role in digital product environments.
- Strong understanding of product metrics, KPIs, and OKR-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Experience using tools like Jira.
- Ability to communicate complex technical topics to both engineering teams and executive stakeholders.
- Strong advantage: Experience with B2B systems involving user management, access control, HR, ERP, or IAM structures.
- Nice to have: Experience with REST APIs, AI products, automation tools, or analytics platforms.
- Nice to have: Product courses or certifications such as PM3, Tera, or Product Arena.
Responsibilities
- Own and prioritize the Admin platform backlog, ensuring initiatives are well-defined, aligned with OKRs, and backed by measurable impact.
- Lead and participate in technical discussions with enterprise clients to translate business needs into actionable product requirements.
- Shape improvements across admin workflows, including user management, approval flows, travel policies, and cost center structures.
- Collaborate on the design and delivery of AI-powered platform features.
- Manage the end-to-end release cycle, including prioritization, acceptance criteria, QA coordination, and stakeholder communication.
- Serve as the primary product interface for Customer Success, Support, and Relationship teams.
- Produce clear technical documentation and product materials to support development and adoption.
