Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of progressive B2B marketing experience, preferably in professional services.
- Hands-on experience managing HubSpot or a comparable CRM and marketing automation platform.
- Proven success designing and executing lead generation and outbound prospecting campaigns.
- Strong expertise in SEO, with familiarity in AEO, GEO, and AI search optimization.
- Experience managing Google Ads campaigns, paid media budgets, and performance marketing.
- Excellent writing and editing skills for technical, financial, or advisory audiences.
- Practical experience building AI-assisted workflows and marketing processes.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using marketing dashboards and data-driven optimization.
- Excellent communication and project management skills to work independently in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated inbound and outbound lead generation campaigns.
- Build, manage, and optimize cold outreach campaigns across email and LinkedIn.
- Own day-to-day administration of the CRM and marketing automation platform.
- Create high-quality marketing content including blogs, newsletters, and sales collateral.
- Lead SEO, AEO, and AI search optimization strategies.
- Build and enhance AI-assisted marketing workflows using generative AI tools.
- Manage organic social media strategy and support employer branding.
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns including Google Ads.
- Track marketing performance and produce executive-ready reports.
- Collaborate with business development and leadership to align initiatives.
