Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise client success, account management, or similar roles managing recurring revenue relationships in a SaaS or technology environment.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining long-term, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders in large enterprise organizations.
- Strong consultative communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical or data-driven concepts for diverse audiences.
- Highly analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into strategic recommendations.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with complex, data-driven or technical products is strongly preferred.
- Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of outcomes with a strong focus on customer success and business impact.
Responsibilities
- Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts, typically 5–10 clients, ensuring long-term retention, renewal, and expansion through proactive relationship management and strategic account planning.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders, building trusted advisory relationships and responding to client needs with speed, clarity, and professionalism.
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts by aligning platform capabilities with client business objectives and roadmap priorities.
- Lead regular business reviews, quarterly strategy sessions, and executive presentations that translate performance data into actionable insights and compelling value narratives.
- Monitor account health, engagement, and performance metrics to proactively address risks and uncover opportunities for increased adoption and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams across product, sales, and customer success to ensure seamless delivery and alignment on customer outcomes.
- Represent the organization at industry events and client engagements, leveraging strong relationships to generate referrals and expand business opportunities.
