  • 3+ years experience managing large recurring enterprise deals
  • Track record creating and growing trusting, lasting professional relationships with key stakeholders at large enterprise clients
  • Charismatic and exceptional communicator
  • Naturally consultative with ability to teach complex concepts simply
  • Excellent problem solver who loves brainstorming and creative thinking
  • Strong project management skills with ability to prioritize and maintain focus
  • Deeply analytical and comfortable digging into data
  • Capable of working with a complex technical product
  • Energetic, positive, and solutions-first mindset
  • Self-directed, hard-working, and passionate

Responsibilities

  • Strengthen and grow the relationship and opportunity with each account in your portfolio (typically 5-10)
  • Ensure renewal and growth of each account in your portfolio
  • Serve as the dedicated point of contact for your accounts and respond to all requests quickly and professionally
  • Pitch our product roadmaps to identify opportunities where we can help your accounts achieve their business objectives
  • Stay up to date on each of your accounts’ businesses and objectives
  • Provide monthly and quarterly business reviews, brainstorming, and strategy sessions
  • Craft compelling narratives out of performance data to convey value
  • Attend and host relationship building and networking events
  • Generate referrals for new business from existing satisfied clients
