- 3+ years experience managing large recurring enterprise deals
- Track record creating and growing trusting, lasting professional relationships with key stakeholders at large enterprise clients
- Charismatic and exceptional communicator
- Naturally consultative with ability to teach complex concepts simply
- Excellent problem solver who loves brainstorming and creative thinking
- Strong project management skills with ability to prioritize and maintain focus
- Deeply analytical and comfortable digging into data
- Capable of working with a complex technical product

Responsibilities
- Strengthen and grow the relationship and opportunity with each account in your portfolio (typically 5-10)
- Ensure renewal and growth of each account in your portfolio
- Serve as the dedicated point of contact for your accounts and respond to all requests quickly and professionally
- Pitch our product roadmaps to identify opportunities where we can help your accounts achieve their business objectives
- Stay up to date on each of your accounts’ businesses and objectives
- Provide monthly and quarterly business reviews, brainstorming, and strategy sessions
- Craft compelling narratives out of performance data to convey value
- Attend and host relationship building and networking events
- Generate referrals for new business from existing satisfied clients
