Requirements
- 10+ years of enterprise client-facing experience at a SaaS company.
- Strong background in email, SMS, or digital marketing technology.
- Proven experience in people management, including coaching or formally managing client-facing staff.
- Demonstrated success with full commercial accountability for a large, complex book of business.
- Experience operating in a solutions-led or delivery-led service model.
- Proven C-suite relationship-building skills and executive-level presence.
- Technical curiosity regarding data architecture and martech stacks.
- Demonstrated interest and proficiency in applying AI tools to marketing and professional workflows.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without formal authority.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and delegation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the senior executive point of contact for a portfolio of complex enterprise accounts.
- Develop and own long-term success plans connecting client goals to platform capabilities.
- Manage, coach, and develop a CSM to ensure program-level success and individual growth.
- Drive full commercial ownership, including renewals, upsells, and expansion, while accurately forecasting growth.
- Orchestrate delivery across a three-layer model involving Solutions, Program, and Strategy teams.
- Apply AI-driven marketing insights to help clients achieve business outcomes.
- Lead high-level escalations by coordinating across product, engineering, and solutions teams.
- Contribute to the broader CS organization by mentoring peers and shaping internal processes.
