Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, sales, or client services.
  • Experience managing Fortune 1000 clients.
  • Experience within a SaaS or e-commerce platform.
  • Proven track record of driving account retention, health, and revenue growth.
  • Demonstrated experience cultivating and managing executive champion relationships.
  • Ability to manage multiple enterprise accounts and complex workstreams concurrently.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Marketing program management experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the client lifecycle across a portfolio of named enterprise accounts, maintaining a strict priority on client retention and churn reduction.
  • Discover and influence the client's internal success metrics and ensure stakeholders understand and achieve ROI.
  • Quantify and document measurable business outcomes to prove value to client leadership.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Account Directors, Technical Account Managers, and Engagement Managers.
  • Guide clients on marketing best practices, program health strategies, and content optimization.
  • Identify and mitigate program roadblocks and collaborate with sales on upsell opportunities.
  • Exemplify client-centricity through troubleshooting and support to exceed customer expectations.
