Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or Customer Experience in B2B fintech, banking technology, or enterprise SaaS.
  • Experience supporting financial institutions is strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage a portfolio of 20–30+ accounts simultaneously.
  • Excellent presentation skills with experience leading executive meetings and strategic planning.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving product adoption, renewals, and expansion.
  • Ability to navigate complex client organizations and build trust across multiple stakeholder levels.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Experience with core banking systems like Corelation, Jack Henry Symitar, or Fiserv is a plus.
  • Experience using CRM and CS tools such as Salesforce, Gainsight, or ChurnZero is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary relationship owner for a portfolio of credit union and community bank clients.
  • Drive product adoption through client education on features, best practices, and releases.
  • Lead executive business reviews, strategic planning, and onsite client engagements.
  • Manage renewal processes, including proposal preparation and contract negotiations.
  • Identify and capture expansion opportunities to increase account value.
  • Partner with Implementation, Tech Support, and Product teams to surface feedback and resolve escalations.
  • Track and report on key adoption metrics, engagement scores, and account health.
