Requirements
- 6+ years of professional software development experience across multiple language ecosystems.
- 3+ years of engineering leadership experience as a Team Lead or Engineering Manager in a product company.
- Solid working knowledge of at least 3 of these languages: Java, JavaScript, Go, Python, or PHP.
- Hands-on experience with security research or vulnerability analysis (CVE triage, patch backporting).
- Experience building or improving engineering processes from scratch.
- Proficiency with CI/CD systems like GitLab CI or Jenkins.
- Familiarity with dependency management tools such as Maven, Gradle, npm, pip, or Go modules.
- Proven experience with technical delivery and team accountability.
- Upper-intermediate or higher English language proficiency (written and spoken).
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop four cross-functional teams comprising approximately 18 engineers.
- Set and enforce standards for CVE analysis, vulnerability assessment, and patch backporting.
- Drive consistency in CI/CD pipelines, tooling, and release workflows.
- Manage SLA compliance and align team output with delivery commitments.
- Evaluate and integrate AI-assisted automation for security research and patching.
- Coordinate documentation and cross-team dependencies across OS and platform teams.
