Requirements
- Proven experience in e-commerce email marketing or CRM.
- Expertise in Klaviyo, including flows, campaigns, profiles, and conditional logic.
- Knowledge of e-commerce subscription mechanics and the Shopify ecosystem.
- Understanding of email deliverability best practices and performance analytics.
- Proficiency with Figma for reviewing and commenting on creative assets.
- Exceptional written communication skills in French.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain reliable, punctual sending schedules.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously across multiple accounts simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a CRM roadmap for each brand, including campaigns, flows, and commercial schedules.
- Draft strategic monthly plans covering objectives, priorities, and sending volumes.
- Translate client requirements into actionable briefs for creative teams.
- Configure technical settings in Klaviyo, including segmentation, display logic, and integration with Shopify.
- Monitor email deliverability and performance metrics like open and order rates.
- Review quality of all campaigns, segments, and content before final distribution.
- Communicate regularly with clients to report on progress and strategic objectives.
