Requirements
- Master's Degree in Law.
- At least 3-4 years of experience as legal counsel.
- Exposure to the iGaming industry.
- Strong experience in commercial contract drafting and negotiation.
- Ability to operate across multiple jurisdictions and regulatory regimes simultaneously.
- Knowledge of privacy laws applicable in the EU, Gibraltar, and US (plus).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Commercially aware with a business-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements including supplier, licensing, data protection, payment, and service agreements.
- Improve and develop legal templates, processes, and procedures.
- Support the management of disputes, claims, and litigation cases.
- Monitor regulatory requirements and support compliant policy development.
- Advise on IP protection, tax, employment, commercial, and consumer protection law.
- Provide practical, risk-based legal advice to internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with data protection, AML, fraud, risk, finance, and product teams.
- Assist with corporate governance, board documentation, and corporate structuring.
