Requirements
- Proven experience running operations or projects at a multi-function or multi-country scale.
- Direct experience managing a small team such as assistants, coordinators, or procurement staff.
- Demonstrable experience as a process builder with created SOPs or playbooks.
- Strong ownership, judgment, and ability to deliver finished results with low supervision.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- University degree (Bachelor's or higher) in business, management, finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency with project-management software (Asana, ClickUp, Notion, or Monday).
- Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Own supplier coordination, purchasing, and end-to-end order processing and fulfillment coordination.
- Lead and prioritize the business-support team and procurement staff, owning their output.
- Run new initiatives end-to-end including planning, execution, and follow-through across the group.
- Build and document SOPs, checklists, and workflows to standardize work.
- Align sales, HR, finance, and logistics to hit deadlines across multiple jurisdictions.
- Act as a filter and force-multiplier for the CEO.
- Track operational KPIs and manage work through project-management tools and spreadsheets.
