Requirements
- Experience operating within HR operations, HR advisory, or employee relations environments.
- Practical experience supporting employee relations within defined governance frameworks.
- Demonstrated experience supporting multi-country employee populations.
- Experience supporting HR operational delivery across the employee lifecycle.
- Understanding of HR compliance, international employment practices, and operational risk.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience using HR systems and case management tools.
- Strong organisational, operational coordination, and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- HR professional qualification or equivalent experience is desirable.
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now and Oracle HCM is desirable.
- Experience supporting North American employee populations is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate onboarding, offboarding, contractual changes, and employee documentation.
- Support payroll-impacting changes and ensure accurate communication with Payroll teams.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR systems data, and case files.
- Manage leave cases, including sickness, parental, and statutory leave, ensuring policy compliance.
- Provide international benefits administration, vendor coordination, and billing support.
- Deliver first-line HR guidance and employee relations support to managers and employees.
- Assist with investigation coordination, meeting preparation, and case tracking.
- Support organisational change activities such as restructures and workforce changes.
- Contribute to the maintenance of SOPs, process guidance, and operational documentation.
