Requirements

  • Experience operating within HR operations, HR advisory, or employee relations environments.
  • Practical experience supporting employee relations within defined governance frameworks.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting multi-country employee populations.
  • Experience supporting HR operational delivery across the employee lifecycle.
  • Understanding of HR compliance, international employment practices, and operational risk.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience using HR systems and case management tools.
  • Strong organisational, operational coordination, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • HR professional qualification or equivalent experience is desirable.
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now and Oracle HCM is desirable.
  • Experience supporting North American employee populations is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate onboarding, offboarding, contractual changes, and employee documentation.
  • Support payroll-impacting changes and ensure accurate communication with Payroll teams.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, HR systems data, and case files.
  • Manage leave cases, including sickness, parental, and statutory leave, ensuring policy compliance.
  • Provide international benefits administration, vendor coordination, and billing support.
  • Deliver first-line HR guidance and employee relations support to managers and employees.
  • Assist with investigation coordination, meeting preparation, and case tracking.
  • Support organisational change activities such as restructures and workforce changes.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of SOPs, process guidance, and operational documentation.
