- Track record of taking full ownership of projects.
- Hands-on technical depth in systems where correctness and accuracy are non-negotiable.
- Direct work experience with fintech, payment systems, money movement, or collections.
- Demonstrated ability to bridge engineering and non-engineering domains.
- Comfortable working across the full stack (backend, frontend, and infrastructure).
- AI-native fluency with experience using AI tooling in development workflows.
- Capacity to work closely with deeply tenured subject matter experts.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain systems that move money reliably.
- Own services, infrastructure, and confidence metrics to support payment growth.
- Collaborate with accounting and payment domain experts to understand complex invoicing and reconciliation requirements.
- Build and extend APIs for payment processors, banks, and firm systems.
- Take projects from initial specification through deployment and scale.
