- Strong collaboration and communication skills with experience working effectively across functions.
- Ability to mentor peers and share knowledge in code reviews or pairing sessions.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and ship high-quality features across the stack using technologies like TypeScript, React, Ruby, Go, and C++.
- Own key parts of the product that impact user experience, internal productivity, or revenue operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners in product, design, data science, support, and sales to shape product direction and solve complex problems.
- Operate and monitor the systems you build with a focus on reliability, security, performance, and user experience.
- Contribute to team culture by mentoring peers, providing feedback, and fostering a collaborative engineering environment.
