Requirements
- 4+ years of recruitment experience, preferably focused on Salesforce roles (Developer, Administrator, Consultant, Architect, etc.)
- Strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystem and technical hiring requirements
- Experience using ATS platforms such as Greenhouse
- Experience using sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong sourcing capabilities using both traditional and creative recruitment strategies
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Goal-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
- Proficiency with productivity tools such as Google Suite
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define effective hiring strategies
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, offers, and onboarding support
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines using proactive sourcing and creative talent acquisition methods
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn, social media, networking events, and industry platforms
- Coordinate closely with recruiting and operations teams to ensure smooth and timely hiring processes
- Manage offer negotiation, candidate communication, and ensure a strong overall candidate experience
- Maintain accurate job postings, documentation, and recruitment tracking systems
- Support onboarding activities to ensure smooth transition for new hires
