Requirements

  • 4+ years of recruitment experience, preferably focused on Salesforce roles (Developer, Administrator, Consultant, Architect, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystem and technical hiring requirements
  • Experience using ATS platforms such as Greenhouse
  • Experience using sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Strong sourcing capabilities using both traditional and creative recruitment strategies
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
  • Proficiency with productivity tools such as Google Suite

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define effective hiring strategies
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, offers, and onboarding support
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines using proactive sourcing and creative talent acquisition methods
  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn, social media, networking events, and industry platforms
  • Coordinate closely with recruiting and operations teams to ensure smooth and timely hiring processes
  • Manage offer negotiation, candidate communication, and ensure a strong overall candidate experience
  • Maintain accurate job postings, documentation, and recruitment tracking systems
  • Support onboarding activities to ensure smooth transition for new hires
