Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development with strong expertise in Sales Cloud implementations.
- Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components, and declarative tools such as Flow and Process automation.
- Proven experience designing and implementing API integrations using REST/SOAP, OAuth, Named Credentials, and Connected Apps.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, governor limits, and scalable design principles.
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines, Git-based version control, and Salesforce DX development workflows.
- Solid understanding of integration patterns, system design, and decoupled architecture approaches.
- Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable solutions on Salesforce including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and Lightning components to support business needs.
- Build and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and automation flows to implement complex business logic.
- Develop and manage REST/SOAP API integrations, webhooks, and event-driven architecture to connect Salesforce with external enterprise systems.
- Own CRM data architecture including schema design, relationships, security model, and access controls across Sales Cloud environments.
- Manage deployment pipelines, sandbox environments, and release cycles using Salesforce DX and version control best practices.
- Partner with business and sales stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions, user stories, and system designs.
- Build dashboards, reports, and forecasting tools to support sales performance monitoring and decision-making.
