Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience (Sales Cloud required).
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL/SOSL.
- Experience building REST API integrations to/from Salesforce using Named Credentials, Connected Apps, and platform events.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, governor limits, and deployment best practices.
- Experience with Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, and declarative automation tools.
- Deep experience in decoupled architecture and trigger frameworks.
- Familiarity with version control (Git) and Salesforce DX (SFDX) CLI.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (or higher).
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with a US-based team across time zones.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions including custom objects, flows, automation, and AI agents.
- Build and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Manage the Salesforce data model, including schema, relationships, and field dependencies.
- Implement and maintain CPQ or quoting workflows for VAR channel sales.
- Manage sandbox environments, release cycles, and deployment pipelines using Salesforce DX and version control.
- Design and maintain REST/SOAP API integrations with external tools like Workato, Avoma, Intercom, and SAP.
- Configure secure integrations using Connected Apps, OAuth, and Named Credentials.
- Partner with stakeholders to translate field requirements into automation and workflow deliverables.
- Maintain user security, roles, profiles, and permission sets.
- Document configurations and integrations to support maintainability.
